I See Paris, I see France…

We’ve made a lot of sets of France magnets over the years but this set is our favorite.  The map itself came from a battered antique atlas and I handtinted the lot with gouache paint to up the ante on handsomeness. These are currently available in the etsy shop but who knows for how long…they tend to sell out around the time the Tour gets started but they could go anytime…

On a bummer note, I think the household is coming down with our second cold this winter. That calls for my famous Greasy Soup. (Sounds good right! ;p ) I’ll share the recipe for anyone else needing to kick a cold in the tush…It’s 2 cloves finely chopped garlic gently sauteed in 2 tablespoons olive oil, add 1 soup cube (in our case that’s a veggie stock cube) a cup and a half of water and a schwack of freshly ground pepper. Heat through and consume. It works. Trust me! I’m an internet doctor!

Happy Day,
